Hadrian is hiring a Partnerships Marketing Manager to own how we show up through other people’s audiences. You will manage sponsorships, ads, and paid media partnerships, and build co-marketing partnerships with universities, industry bodies, and veteran communities.

You will structure deals, activate campaigns, and track impact. You will replace opportunistic decisions with a disciplined portfolio view, partner with events and content teams, and own the process from sourcing to post‑campaign

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partnerships, sponsorships, media buying, brand marketing, or business development.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing sponsorships or partnerships.
• Ability to buy paid media partnerships and build non-paid co-marketing programs.
• Analytical mindset with ability to define metrics and justify decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the sponsorships, ads, and partnerships portfolio from sourcing to activation and measurement.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate opportunities based on audience fit and cost efficiency.
• Drive end-to-end activation, deliverables, approvals, and calendar with internal teams.
• Develop and manage co-marketing partnerships with brands, platforms, and ecosystem groups.
