Archetype AI Inc. is seeking a Demand Generations Lead to scale marketing-sourced pipeline, owning the demand strategy and pipeline targets.

You’ll build programs with a small, capable team and partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Communications to help bring Archetype’s new AI category to market. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan programs and build them, drive an evidence-based ICP, and lead a growth marketer to run multi-channel campaigns end to end, including

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation at scale, including Series A–C environments.
• Proven ability to build a repeatable, marketing-sourced pipeline engine.
• Experience planning multi-channel programs across ABM, paid, email, events and outbound.
• Hands-on use of Salesforce, HubSpot and modern GTM tools such as Clay and HeyReach.
• Daily use of AI in campaign work, from targeting to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced pipeline and quarterly target attainment.
• Develop an evidence-based ICP and tiered target account program for Sales.
• Build agent-first and self-serve funnels turning visitors into opportunities.
• Ensure measurable pipeline from Tier 1 events and key partners, including AWS.
• Lead a growth marketer to run multi-channel campaigns end to end.
