Job summary

Arbitr is seeking a Growth Marketer (AI-Enabled) to lead a small marketing team and manage autonomous agents that drive pipeline. You will own strategy, voice, and final sign-off on campaigns, reporting to the CMO.

You’ll build on an existing Marketing Ops setup, turning website, SEO, and CRM into scalable campaigns and measurable pipeline from day one. This role emphasizes AI-driven automation and rapid experimentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally B2B SaaS, with campaigns proving they produce pipeline.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or multi-step AI workflows (Claude or ChatGPT projects, custom GPTs, Make, Zapier, n8n).
• Strong editorial instincts for assessing B2B content and cutting noise quickly.
• Comfort reading funnel data and turning findings into briefs, prompts and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and run agent workflows for market monitoring, account research, lead enrichment, content and reporting.
• Plan and launch demand gen campaigns across web, search, LinkedIn and email, including nurture tracks and ABM plays.
• Edit and approve content that drives demand: web pages, SEO articles, case studies, email and social.
• Own the growth repository: brand voice, messaging, ICP and approved claims.
• Run a fast, documented test cadence: hypothesis, test, result, decision; scale what works.
• Track campaigns from first touch to opportunity and report weekly on conversions.
