ManageCasa is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager who loves turning ideas into campaigns and conversations that matter. You’ll help tell our product story, run email campaigns, and collaborate with sales, social media, creative, and SEO to grow awareness and generate qualified leads.

You should be smart, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented, owning projects from concept through execution and follow-up. The role blends creative work with daily coordination to keep marketing effective.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing with strong email campaign and copywriting skills.
• Ability to explain software products in simple, compelling language.
• Understanding lead generation, nurturing, SEO, and social media.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Run email campaigns: Plan, write, launch, and improve campaigns that engage prospects, nurture leads, and support customer growth.
• Write product marketing copy: Turn product features into clear customer benefits across emails, website pages, landing pages, sales materials, and product announcements.
• Collaborate on social media and creative: Develop fresh campaign ideas and work with our social media and design contributors to bring them to life.
• Follow up on campaign leads: Coordinate outbound follow-up with sales, keep lead information organized, and help move interested prospects toward a demo.
• Work closely with SEO: Align content, keywords, and campaign priorities with our SEO team and broader marketing strategy.
• Keep execution on track: Manage calendars, deadlines, campaign details, and handoffs so projects move forward.
• Measure and improve results: Track engagement, qualified leads, and demo conversions, then use those insights to improve future campaigns.
