Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead in New York to drive unpaid acquisition, growth through content, social media, partnerships, and SEO. You will own experiments, collaborate with marketing, sales and engineering, and build programs from the ground up in an early-stage environment.

You will lead creator collaborations, referral programs, and content production, including short-form video, with a hands-on, test-and-learn approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years launching unpaid acquisition programs at high-growth startups.
• Experience building programs from scratch in an early-stage company.
• Consumer-facing marketing to a non-specialist audience incl. social media, media relations, partnerships and newsletters.
• Demonstrated success growing followings on major social networks without paid media.
• Evidence of increasing reach and winning customers without paid media.
• Comfort working independently with a high degree of autonomy.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top US university.
• Willing to work on-site in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow social, media relations and content channels that expand reach and bring in new customers.
• Establish collaborations with creators, trade groups and other platforms to reach new audiences.
• Design referral, affiliate and advocacy programs that turn customers into promoters.
• Own the strategy for SEO and visibility in AI-driven answer tools.
• Run quick experiments on new channels and special projects; invest in what works.
• Partner with marketing, sales and engineering to identify high-leverage growth opportunities.
• Produce and film original content, including short-form video, for social and professional networks.
