Job summary

Raylu is seeking a Growth Lead to own growth investments and translate them into measurable pipeline. You will collaborate with founders and leaders across Growth, Sales, and Product in a full-funnel role.

You'll own the channel mix end-to-end, including SEO, AEO, paid social, outbound, referrals, events, content, and product-led motions. Expect high autonomy, a real budget, and a path to leadership roles as Raylu scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, demand generation or performance marketing at a fast-growing B2B company, ideally early stage.
• Track record of owning outcomes (pipeline, meetings, revenue).
• Hands-on experience with SEO and paid social, with understanding of AI answer engines impacting search.
• Ability to rank and reallocate spend by ROI and to kill/scale based on data.

Responsibilities

• Own the full funnel and connect spend to meetings, pipeline and revenue.
• Grow SEO and AEO; optimize for investors with strong search presence.
• Run paid social campaigns and measure cost per qualified meeting.
• Test new channels and product-led signals with clean experiments.
• Set channel strategy and reallocate budget based on ROI with data.
