Job summary

Ray is seeking its first dedicated growth marketer to own growth at Ray. This hands-on role includes writing copy, briefing creators, building pages, and reading data, reporting to the CEO in Cambridge, MA.

You will test quickly, kill the losers, and scale the winners into engines that run weekly. Collaborate with engineering and design to ship growth inside the product and work with creators, fitness communities, and partners using AI for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer growth with real-time metrics and subscription products.
• Hands-on proven success in one or two acquisition channels.
• Data-driven with cohorts, funnels, and incrementality.
• Experience using AI in marketing for creative, copy, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Run a real experiment pipeline: hypothesis, test, results, scale or kill.
• Maintain a ranked backlog of growth bets and justify priorities.
• Expand growth through product, creators, communities, and search.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship in-product growth features.
• Scale winning experiments into repeatable channels with reporting.
• Leverage AI for creative production, copy, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing coordinator to execute tests quickly.
• Keep paid social efficient while exploring new growth engines.
