Xpansiv Limited in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Growth Marketing to build, run, and optimize demand programs that drive qualified pipeline across our business.

You will own inbound demand generation, performance marketing, and funnel optimization, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including in-house paid media before scaling with agencies as channels mature.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven pipeline and revenue growth from multi-channel programs.
• Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or energy/finance sectors.

Responsabilités

• Own inbound demand generation strategy and execution.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, events.
• Optimize funnel and conversion rates with data-driven insights.
• Lead collaboration with Sales and Business Units.
• Oversee measurement, reporting, and ROI.
