Qualifications

• 10+ years in Growth/Performance/Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo).
• Strong analytical skills with GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, healthcare, or high-growth environments is asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Own and optimize paid and organic acquisition channels (search, social, email, affiliate, content).
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance and conversions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Creative, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics and attribution tools.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
• Develop lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with emerging growth strategies and AI-powered marketing tools.
