Job summary

Rocket Alumni Solutions in Boston is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager with a strong focus on paid acquisition and curiosity about AI agents. You’ll own day-to-day campaigns, optimize budgets, and run experiments across Google and Meta, working with HubSpot workflows and a small design/development team.

You’ll join a team that uses AI agents to support marketing, and you’ll help expand capabilities, content output, and distribution while reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on growth, digital or performance marketing experience.
• Strong practical expertise in paid media across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience coordinating with marketing automation and content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign execution and optimization across Google and Meta.
• Make decisions about targeting, budgets, bidding and creative based on performance.
• Develop and run experiments across audiences, offers and landing pages.
• Improve the journey from ad click to qualified lead and connect activity to metrics.
• Collaborate with AI workflows and ensure reliable execution.
