Rocket Software in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead the company’s global growth marketing organization, setting strategy and driving performance across ABM, insights, analytics, and MarTech.

This senior leader will manage a large, global team and partner with Sales, Solutions, Product, and the executive team to accelerate pipeline, bookings, and revenue while embedding AI-forward practices across go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in B2B marketing with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading large, global growth or revenue marketing orgs.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying and ABM.
• Experience guiding ABM, Sales, Product, and Customer Marketing.
• Strong EVP with executive stakeholder management.
• Experience applying AI in marketing and marketing tech.
• Ability to translate data into actionable growth priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set global growth marketing strategy with measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Lead a large global org spanning ABM, insights, analytics, performance, and marketing tech.
• Align Marketing, Sales, and Product around priority buyers, personas, accounts, and GTM actions.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to remove barriers and accelerate growth.
• Lead AI-forward marketing initiatives and scale high-value AI use cases.
• Provide executive oversight of analytics, performance, and MarTech.
