Obsidian is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate AI agents in marketing tasks. You will design Paid Growth experiments and pressure-test briefs, artifacts, and judgment criteria.

In this role you own paid acquisition tasks, work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, and help shape reference answers and evaluation rubrics for AI agents. A hands-on practitioner with clear reasoning will thrive.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience running paid acquisition with budget ownership.
• Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
• Experience building AI training or RL environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs for paid growth experiments.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria for strong responses.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against standards.
