The Realest in Los Angeles is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own marketing initiatives end to end. As our first dedicated marketing hire, you'll run our social and paid channels day to day and build the systems that let one person do the work of a small team.

You’ll partner with operations and the founders on brand and positioning, use AI and automation to scale content and campaigns, and craft stories that make auctions feel like can’t-miss moments.

Qualifications

• Experience running paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Familiarity with AI tools and autonomous, build-it-yourself roles.
• Self-starter with ability to work from scratch with minimal scaffolding.
• Strong writing and visual instincts for creating compelling content.
• Interest in collectibles a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own social presence across platforms and plan content for auctions.
• Run end-to-end performance marketing; manage budgets and report on drivers.
• Grow audience and list via email, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing.
• Use AI and automation to scale content, reporting, and campaign ops.
• Collaborate with operations, authentication, and founders on brand/positioning.
• Track metrics and share clear performance insights.
