REDSHIFT Creative is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will drive REDSHIFT’s internal client acquisition while architecting and managing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and email platforms.

Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, agency experience a plus.
Proven track record of executing paid campaigns and driving ROI.
Tech-fluent with ad platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

Hands-on campaign creation: dashboards, tracking pixels, landing pages, ads.
Daily platform management across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and email tools.
Audience architecture: data-driven segmentation and targeting for internal and client campaigns.
Creative content ideation: develop hooks, ad angles, and social copy for various platforms.
Manage inbound engine: content, email nurturing, and paid ads to generate high-value leads.
Monitor budgets, ROAS, and conversions to optimize client outcomes.
