Job summary

Redis is seeking a Lead, Growth Marketing to own the platform that developers trust for real-time data and AI-driven growth. You will define the strategy for agent and human discovery, evaluation, and conversion across Redis’s website, docs, organic presence, and AI surfaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital growth or GTM marketing, esp. inside high-growth B2B SaaS, infra, or AI-adjacent company
• Track record of building or improving digital growth systems with defined strategy/operating model
• Deep experience owning website strategy, digital conversion, and organic growth
• Experience developing integrated SEO, AEO, or GEO strategies across traditional and AI-driven search
• Understanding how content, citations, authority, and technical foundations influence AI recommendations
• Experience defining measurement for emergent digital journeys linked to account creation and pipeline
• Direct ownership of CRO and experimentation programs with strong analytical judgment
• Experience defining email and GTM-orchestration strategies while directing specialists
• Proven use of AI tools to research, plan, build, analyze, or optimize marketing programs
• AI-native fluency to turn business objectives into campaigns/workflows and iterate with data
• Experience directing contractors and agency staff including scoping and prioritization
• Strong executive communication and ability to move between strategy and hands-on work

Responsibilities

• Own the Redis digital surface and set discovery, understanding, evaluation, and conversion strategy
• Lead agent-driven growth with a low-friction journey from identification to account creation
• Own SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across search, AI engines, and coding agents
• Own website strategy including information architecture, page priorities, and content pathways
• Lead CRO and experimentation with a rigorous testing roadmap for high-intent pages
• Build the measurement system linking discovery to outcomes like activation and pipeline
• Turn performance data into actionable roadmap prioritization and resource allocation
• Direct external contractors and agency partners, aligning scope with business needs
• Align the digital growth engine with content, product, engineering, paid media, and leadership
