Qualifications

• 6+ years of growth/performance marketing experience.
• Experience with Seed/Series A startups; later-stage experience preferred.
• Expertise in paid social and/or paid search.
• Experience in DTC businesses; health and wellness experience a plus.
• Experience with B2B/B2B2C marketing is valuable but not required.
• Strong analytical capability and familiarity with website analytics tools.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies for clients and test new channels.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Own user acquisition results, marketing budgets, and forecasting.
• Plan and implement conversion rate optimization tests and iterate.
• Guide QA tracking with development teams for site/app analytics.
• Manage creative teams to maximize ads, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing.
• Lead, develop, and mentor early-career growth marketers.
