Casechek, in a hybrid setup based around Chicago, seeks a Director of Growth Marketing to own demand generation, drive awareness, and grow pipeline and revenue across Procurement and Payment Solutions. • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing.
• 2+ years hiring and managing teams, ideally including SDRs.
• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ROMI focus.
• Hands-on with CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Pardot).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and campaigns for qualified pipeline.
• Lead ABM programs targeting hospitals and health systems with multi-channel plays.
• Plan multi-channel campaigns (webinars, events, email, paid, content).
• Own lead management, scoring, routing, and attribution tied to pipeline.
• Partner with Sales on SLAs, handoffs, and alignment with product and success.
• Build and manage SDR motion and a small inbound/outbound team.
