Job summary
Casechek is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation across our procurement and payment solutions, driving awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to execute integrated campaigns and ABM programs that convert market interest into opportunities and revenue.
We value healthcare tech experience and a hands-on, analytical mindset.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing or revenue marketing.
- Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills; track ROMI and pipeline metrics.
- Hands-on with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce + Pardot preferred).
- Able to lead while remaining hands-on; 1-3 reports preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare strongly preferred: Healthcare Tech or related fields.
- Comfort with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution, building integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
- Drive ABM programs targeting hospitals and health systems in partnership with Sales.
- Plan multi-channel campaigns (webinars, events, email, paid, content) that drive awareness.
- Own lead management, scoring, routing, and attribution with ROI-focused reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align campaigns with launches and growth.
