Windows Direct USA is seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our strategy and execution across multiple markets. You will manage a marketing budget of $5 million+, build and coach a team, and drive profitable growth while reporting to the CEO and VP.

You will own performance across channels, optimize spend, and oversee agencies, lead providers, and internal teams. A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is required, with 3+ years in multichannel programs and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, digital tech, or business management.
• Hands-on marketing leadership with multi-channel experience across TV, radio, digital, and field/events.
• Experience managing large budgets and coordinating multiple markets.
• Proven ability to own measurable marketing KPIs, attribution, ROI and conversion.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across sales, call center, operations, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing performance and spending across markets.
• Develop market-specific marketing plans aligned with sales goals.
• Lead advertising across multiple channels and manage external agencies.
• Oversee lead handling from inquiry to appointment setting and handoff to sales.
• Hire, train, and mentor the internal marketing call center team.
• Improve lead response and conversion through data-driven optimization.
• Collaborate with sales to balance lead volume with capacity.
• Present results and recommendations to leadership.
