SheetLabels.com | SLI in Austin, TX seeks a Director of Growth Marketing to own how new customers find us, convert, and become loyal buyers. This hands-on operator will run campaigns, prove results, and build the team as the wins compound.

You'll lead acquisition via Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, generate a strong pipeline for Sales, and manage lifecycle programs to boost retention and order value while reinvesting profits to scale growth. Data-driven budgeting is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally ecommerce or B2B self-serve.
• Hands-on mastery of Google Ads Search and Shopping; you build campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of scaling paid budgets profitably.
• Experience guiding creative, content, and social work with an in-house team.

Responsabilidades

• Own new-customer acquisition through paid search and shopping (Google and Microsoft Ads).
• Generate lead flow and a rich, qualified pipeline for Sales.
• Engage and nurture across lifecycle from first touch to repeat orders via email and promotions.
• Grow average order value, retention, and repeat engagement.
• Invest budget with profit discipline to scale high-ROI channels.
• Provide measurement and attribution linking spend to leads, customers, and revenue.
• Collaborate with social, content, and brand teams to grow presence.
• Develop growth plans with Sales, Client Services, and Ecommerce teams.
• Scale the growth team as results justify it.
