Sheet Labels, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to own how new customers find us, how leads become customers, and why customers order again.

This hands-on role requires operating in ad accounts, proving results, and building a team as wins compound. You’ll personally manage Google Ads Search and Shopping, optimize budgets for profitable growth, drive lead generation, lifecycle programs, and increased order value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in performance or growth marketing, ecommerce or B2B self-serve.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth and profit discipline.
• Clear grasp of unit economics and reinvestment to scale growth.
• Hands-on mastery of Google Ads Search and Shopping; campaigns self-managed.
• Proven track record scaling paid budgets profitably.
• Lead-generation, nurture, and lifecycle programs that grow pipeline and retention.
• Fluency in email, GA4, and attribution; data-driven decision making.
• Experience guiding creative with an in-house team.
• Lean, accountable, energized by measurable results.

• Measurement and attribution connecting spend to leads, customers, and revenue.
• Overseeing social, content, and brand with in-house creative.
• Growing the growth plan with Sales, Client Services, and Ecommerce teams.
• Growing the marketing team as results justify it.
