Sheet Labels, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to own how new customers find us, how leads become customers, and why customers order again.
This hands-on role requires operating in ad accounts, proving results, and building a team as wins compound. You’ll personally manage Google Ads Search and Shopping, optimize budgets for profitable growth, drive lead generation, lifecycle programs, and increased order value.
Team: Marketing · Location: Austin, TX (onsite)
We’re a fast-growing label manufacturer with an ambitious plan for the next stage of growth, and this is the seat that drives it. As Director of Growth Marketing you’ll own how new customers find us, how leads become customers, and why customers come back and order more. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial business driver: aggressive about growth, disciplined about profit, and fluent in reinvesting what the business earns into what scales it. This is a hands‑on role for an operator who still loves being in the ad accounts: you’ll run the campaigns yourself, prove the results, and build the team as the wins compound.
Few roles have this much direct influence on a company’s growth. You’ll have a seat with leadership, real budget, and the freedom to move fast. We hold a high bar and reward the people who move the numbers, with a path to build and lead the team as we scale.
