Job summary

Made In Cookware in Austin, TX, is seeking a growth marketer to own outcomes across paid media, measurement, and CRM initiatives, with an 8-figure annual budget. This generalist role requires hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience and a skeptical view of attribution.

You'll run end-to-end campaigns, work with the Head of Growth, and push for AI-driven, efficient processes while balancing speed and rigor in a fast-growing DTC brand.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in performance or growth marketing for DTC brands.
• Deep hands-on time in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Fluency in Klaviyo or similar ESP; SMS platforms like Attentive or Postscript a plus.
• Strong measurement literacy including attribution, MMM, and geo holdouts.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL, BigQuery or BI tools a plus.
• Daily use of AI tools for real work; ability to demonstrate automation.

Responsibilities

• Own Google/Meta activities across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and social retargeting; manage structure and bidding.
• Forecast pacing, track week-to-date vs forecast, present weekly performance story to leadership.
• Design and interpret holdouts and lift tests; align ROAS, GA4, and incrementality for decisions.
• Plan paid social for reach and saturation; collaborate with creative on briefs and ensure freshness of creatives.
• Run tests on emerging channels (TikTok, AppLovin, CTV, audio; direct mail) with clear scale/kill rules.
• Manage CRM initiatives in Klaviyo/Attentive with retention teams and agencies; evaluate send economics.
