Job summary

Indeed is seeking a senior Growth Marketing leader to drive SMB advertiser growth across digital channels. You will define the global strategy, empower teams, and partner with product, strategy, and data science to deliver full-funnel plans that move advertisers from awareness to spend growth.

You will oversee experimentation, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration while building a high-performing team and defining KPIs to measure impact and ROI.

Qualifications

• Requires a lengthy track record leading global or multi-regional marketing teams.
• Proven experience scaling performance marketing across channels and segments.
• Strong expertise in marketing automation, paid media ecosystems, and audience segmentation.
• Experience designing experimentation frameworks and data-driven optimization.
• Ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies and plans.
• Excellent analytical and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global performance marketing strategy across digital channels and programs.
• Design and scale audience-centric marketing programs for enterprise, mid-market, and small business segments.
• Build and optimize end-to-end customer journeys to drive conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Establish and improve marketing operations including workflows, automation, and lead management.
• Manage vendor and agency strategy with consistent execution and performance across tools.
• Implement experimentation frameworks, leveraging AI and automation to speed time-to-market.
• Build and develop a high-performing team and define KPIs and reporting.
