the company in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build the web and organic growth engine for SMB advertisers. You will own the SMB Ads web strategy, run experiments, and work with Product, Design, Ads Engineering, Content, and Data Science to ship high-impact experiences.

You will drive growth from first visit through signup and activation, leveraging AI and data to optimize journeys, test hypotheses, and scale successful tests with cross-functional partners.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of growth marketing, web strategy, or related experience with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical judgment across funnels, cohorts, and customer behavior.
• Ownership of web experiences and experimentation programs.
• Experience connecting SEO, content-led discovery, and GEO with product judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SMB Ads web strategy and roadmap to grow qualified discovery, signup, and advertiser activation.
• Grow organic discovery through search, content, and GEO; test new ways to help businesses find and evaluate the offering.
• Analyze journeys and funnels to identify conversion barriers and prioritize high-impact improvements.
• Run experiments across landing pages, messaging, navigation, personalization, offers and conversion flows.
• Improve the journey from website visit to signup, onboarding, and first campaign with Product and Ads Engineering.
• Define instrumentation, test design, attribution, and reporting with Data Science and marketing systems teams.
