Indeed in the United States is seeking a Director, Online Marketing to lead a Growth Marketing team responsible for SMB advertiser growth across multiple channels. You will set strategic direction and empower your team to drive measurable results while collaborating with Product, Strategy, Marketing, Creative, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

You will own full-funnel strategy, optimize budget allocations, and present plans to unlock incremental growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12–17 years in online marketing or related leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in online and B2B enterprise marketing, including digital demand generation and ABM.
• Proven ability to mentor global teams and influence across matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and campaign optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth Marketing team; own one or more channels driving SMB advertiser growth.
• Build cross-functional growth plans with Product, Strategy, Marketing, Creative, Data Science and Engineering.
• Own full-funnel strategy from awareness to conversion and spend growth.
• Develop plans to unlock incremental growth and optimize spend allocation.
• Direct channel-specific creative strategies with Creative teams to drive paid and owned channels.
• Establish measurement frameworks and report on channel and team performance.
• Advocate AI-driven tools and workflows within the team.
