Piermont Bank is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, content, partnerships, and events.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role partners with executive leaders to drive awareness, client acquisition, and growth across Piermont's commercial banking and fintech offerings, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of marketing leadership experience in financial services, fintech, B2B SaaS, or commercial banking.
• Proven experience building integrated marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition, CRM, content strategy, and performance marketing.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.
• Partner with business leaders to support growth objectives across banking services.
• Strengthen Piermont's brand positioning as a tech-enabled commercial bank.
• Lead digital marketing across email, social, webinars, search, and content.
• Create content, thought leadership, and executive visibility programs.
