The role requires deep financial services marketing expertise, executive presence, and the ability to connect brand, product, channel, and technology to measurable growth outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience including brand strategy, growth, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience advising senior leaders or leading complex client initiatives is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements with banks and credit unions focusing on growth and marketing effectiveness.
• Diagnose client marketing challenges across brand, digital, content, analytics, and technology.
• Develop executive-ready roadmaps and marketing plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Apply analytics to benchmark performance and connect ROI to business outcomes.
• Guide RFP/vendor selections for CRM, marketing automation, and AI-enabled tools.
