Job summary

Cornerstone Advisors seeks a Director of Marketing & Growth Consulting to lead client-facing engagements with banks and credit unions, shaping growth, brand, product strategy, and marketing technology to drive measurable outcomes.

You will partner with CMOs and CEOs to develop roadmaps, translate data into actionable recommendations, and guide RFPs and vendor selections for CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including brand strategy, growth, and digital marketing.
• Experience advising senior leaders or operating in a consulting/advisory capacity is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements with banks and credit unions focused on growth, brand, and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations, roadmaps, and marketing plans aligned to client growth objectives.
• Guide vendor selections for CRM, marketing automation, website/CMS, and analytics; facilitate executive workshops and client sessions.
