Job summary

Piermont Bank is seeking an entrepreneurial professional to drive Embedded Banking client programs and fintech partnerships. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and independently manage multiple fintech initiatives, delivering growth for both the bank and its clients.

The role requires strong relationship skills, fintech/payments knowledge, and the ability to navigate a rapidly evolving space with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Self-starter with independence and teamwork across stakeholders.
• 3–5 years in fintech, payments, or banking operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a segment of the bank’s Embedded Banking client portfolio.
• Develop understanding of each client’s business model, use case, end users, and funds flow.
• Foster strong client relationships and be the point of contact for communications.
• Onboard Embedded Banking relationships end-to-end, including due diligence and limit approvals.
• Identify growth opportunities and coordinate internal reviews for new requests.
• Support ongoing oversight reviews and ad-hoc projects to improve delivery.
