• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Energetic, enthusiastic and adaptable; able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in social media marketing and familiar with platform best practices.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, proposals, or relationship management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support firmwide marketing communications, including content drafting, editing, and distribution.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing firm events, networking programs, and client-facing initiatives.
• Support business development efforts, including pitches, proposals, client presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist with Practice Group Leader (PGL) Program initiatives, practice group business planning, and related strategic projects.
• Help manage and maintain the firm's CRM platform and pitch/proposal tools, ensuring data integrity and supporting attorney business development efforts.
• Build and maintain reporting and analytics to measure success across marketing and business development initiatives.
• Help refine and expand Lewis Rice's social media strategy and visual identity.
• Provide general marketing and business development support for ongoing and new initiatives
