Arcus Advisors is seeking a Business Development/Marketing Coordinator in Houston to support CRM data quality, pipeline reporting, and outreach efforts. You will work with firm leadership to identify opportunities and drive growth across multiple client sectors.

The role emphasizes research, campaigns, and event support, requiring strong organizational skills, solid communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, finance, sales operations, recruiting, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Affinity preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsabilidades

• Research prospective clients, referral sources, industries, and target markets.
• Prepare briefing materials for business development meetings.
• Own CRM data quality, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Coordinate email campaigns and targeted outreach efforts.
• Track follow-up actions and ensure next steps are completed.
• Support webinars, events, podcasts, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Analyze pipeline activity and provide insights to leadership.
• Help build scalable business development processes as Arcus grows.
