You will own hands-on campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across Meta, YouTube, Search, and other channels, working closely with creative, compliance, and analytics teams to scale performance while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in digital marketing, analytics, or operations.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns and mar-tech tools.
• Knowledge of measurement and optimization strategies including A/B testing.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or Asana.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across channels (Meta, YouTube, Search, etc.).
• Coordinate with external ad vendors.
• Collaborate with creative team to produce marketing materials for Devoted brand and results.
• Ensure 100% compliant, error-free marketing materials.
• Use Monday.com to manage creative requests with in-house teams.
• Leverage Looker and Google Sheets to track channel performance.
