Job summary

Devoted Health Services, Inc in Massachusetts is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team. This hands-on role supports multi-channel campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Search, and more, partnering with creative and compliance teams to deliver high-quality ads and ROI.

You\'ll analyze performance with Looker and Google Sheets, manage campaigns via Monday.com, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize our brand and outcomes in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or operations.
Experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of mar-tech platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, GTM).
Knowledge of measurement and optimization strategies and tools (A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels).
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com or Asana).
Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, YouTube, Search, and more).
Coordinate with external ad vendors.
Collaborate with our creative team to produce marketing materials that advance the Devoted brand.
Ensure 100% compliant, error-free marketing materials.
Use Monday.com to manage creative requests with in-house teams.
Leverage Looker and Google Sheets to track channel performance.
