Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team. You will help build campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Search, and more while ensuring compliant, high-quality materials.

The role requires 1–3 years in digital marketing or analytics, familiarity with ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager), and hands-on campaign setup. You will collaborate across creative, design, and compliance teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem (ex: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager).
• Working knowledge on digital marketing measurement and optimization strategies and tools such as A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Meta, YouTube, Search, and more
• Coordinate with external ad vendors
• Collaborate with our creative team to produce marketing materials that advance the Devoted brand and generate results
• Ensure 100% compliant, error free marketing materials
• Use Monday.com to manage creative requests with our in house teams
• Leverage Looker and google sheets to track channel performance
