Job summary

WeightWatchers in the United States is seeking a full-funnel paid media generalist on our US Growth team. You will own paid media across all channels and build AI-driven tooling that runs it, in a small, high-autonomy team with real budget and decisions early.

You will focus on growth marketing management, AI-native building, analytics, and collaboration with the product and analytics teams. The role offers a hybrid work environment and a comprehensive benefits package with annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing
• Demonstrated ability to build automations, dashboards, or workflows
• Strong analytical skills with data tools (SQL/BI)
• Experience managing budgets and agency/vendor relationships
• Clear communicator able to present strategy to leadership
• Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Growth marketing management across all paid media channels
• Paid social/Meta management and in-house scaling
• AI-native building of automated workflows and dashboards
• Analytics: turn data into business decisions with analytics team
• Creative strategy: use data to brief and streamline winning ads
• Growth product: CRO and A/B testing with product team
• Marketing tech and operations: billing, invoicing, contracts, tagging discipline
• Budget pacing and forecasting with finance
• Vendor and partner management (agencies, platforms, affiliates)
• Presentation of strategy to team and leadership
