CLEAResult is seeking a Growth Marketing leader to own GTM and ABM/ABS programs for defined utility accounts, shaping positioning and campaigns to support our business development goals.

You will build account‑specific content, coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams, and drive thought leadership through webinars, blogs, and digital campaigns. A proven track record in B2B marketing and complex buying cycles is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B product or solutions marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience building positioning and messaging for technical or service‑based offerings.
• ABM/ABS program experience strongly preferred, including account selection and engagement tracking.
• Experience marketing into long, complex, committee‑driven buying cycles.
• Experience incorporating account research and intent data into account strategy.
• Strong writing ability and comfort with sales‑facing stakeholders on account strategy.
• Familiarity with Claude or comparable AI tooling for research, drafting, and campaign production.
• One writing sample: a positioning document, messaging framework, or sales enablement asset you authored.
• An example of one named‑account program you ran and what it produced.
• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Owns GTM execution and ABM/ABS programs for target utility accounts.
• Builds positioning, messaging, and campaigns for assigned service lines.
• Shapes GTM/ABM/ABS work at CLEAResult from the ground up.
• Designs and runs ABM/ABS programs with account‑specific content.
• Builds sales‑enablement materials and training for sales and programs teams.
• Partners with Market Intelligence on competitive data for messaging.
• Leads thought‑leadership programs tied to target‑account priorities.
• Collaborates with Digital Marketing, Design, and Content Marketing for campaigns.
