Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive marketing-related experience.
• B2B manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and promote a safety culture.
• Lead generation strategies to support growth.
• Analyze campaign performance, website traffic and engagement metrics.
• Support senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and content creation.
• Coordinate communications and multimedia as needed.
• Lead events and trade show participation when held.
• Review data to drive continuous improvement.
