Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Public or Media Relations.
• 6+ years of progressive marketing related experience.
• Experience working for a manufacturing company preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment and culture by following safety programs.
• Lead and model company values, vision and strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Alexandria Industries (A.I.).
• Plan department goals, objectives and systems.
• Manage department budget with Director of Business Development.
• Support senior leadership and cross-functional teams on economic insights and campaigns.
• Oversee internal/external communications and project workflows.
• Develop opportunities for corporate reputation and social responsibility initiatives.
• Create company literature and multimedia content (press, white papers, articles).
• Coordinate trade shows and gather industry insights for campaigns.
• Develop customer retention strategies and monitor customer satisfaction.
