Job summary

Twosense, a US startup building invisible biometric authentication, seeks a Growth/ Demand Gen leader to own the demand engine across paid, outbound, community, and field channels. You’ll report directly to the founder/CEO and join a lean, high‑impact team with real ownership and a direct line to strategy.

This hands‑on role builds sequences, optimizes ads, runs events, and aligns with sales to feed the funnel. GenAI is central to copy, data enrichment, and rapid iteration in a small team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of growth marketing or demand generation at a B2B startup.
• Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns with budgets and optimization for pipeline.
• Experience building or managing outbound sequences on major platforms.
• Proficiency with GenAI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
• Data-driven mindset: pull reports, spot trends, and iterate.
• Strong written communication and messaging.
• Willingness to travel for industry events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads) with budgets up to $5K/month.
• Refine ICP and audience segments using engagement data.
• Build and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email.
• Grow and manage an owned professional community to feed pipeline.
• Own field marketing and events, from outreach to post-event follow-up (travel required).
• Craft campaign copy and AI-driven content workflows to accelerate output.
