Job summary

Twosense, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing professional to own our demand generation engine. You’ll manage paid campaigns, refine ICPs, and build multi-channel outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email, partnering with sales to feed the funnel.

You’ll also drive community growth, orchestrate field events, and shape content using GenAI workflows to move fast and deliver measurable pipeline impact in a lean team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation.
• Hands-on paid ad campaign management and optimization.
• Experience building outbound sequences and cadence.
• Proficiency with GenAI tools for content and workflow automation.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent written communication and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (LinkedIn) up to $5K/mo.
• Refine ICP and audience segments using engagement data.
• Build and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences across LinkedIn and email.
• Develop and nurture a community-led growth approach.
• Plan and execute field marketing events with travel.
• Craft campaign copy and AI-driven content workflows.
