Job summary

Just Appraised is hiring a Growth Marketer who will build and run programs to turn our customer base and top-of-funnel activity into pipeline. You’ll own customer marketing, proactive email lead gen, webinars, and case studies, with room to tackle light product marketing.

This full-stack role emphasizes demand-gen over pure product marketing, with collaboration across Sales and CS, and opportunities to contribute design work. Remote-first team, strong growth mindset.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience with a demand-gen focus, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience running end-to-end email marketing programs.
• Experience owning webinars from start to finish.
• Ability to write customer case studies and shepherd approvals.
• Some exposure to product marketing is a plus, not required.
• Design/visual skills are a strong plus.
• Full-stack mindset across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing programs that drive expansion within existing customer base, partnering with Customer Success on cross-sell and upsell plays.
• Build a customer marketing motion with lifecycle comms, updates, and advocacy touchpoints.
• Stand up proactive, always-on lead gen email programs and manage nurture sequences.
• Own the entire webinar lifecycle: topic selection, slide creation, promotion, hosting, and post-event follow‑up cadences.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, and internal SMEs to source content and speakers, and report on pipeline contribution.
• Source, write, and publish customer case studies for use in active deals; obtain necessary approvals.
• Support light product marketing: creating sales collateral and launch content as needed.
• Bonus: comfortable building on-brand visuals without outsourcing all assets.
