Job summary

Just Appraised is seeking a Growth Marketer to build and run programs that transform existing customers and top-of-funnel activity into pipeline. This hands-on, full-stack role focuses on customer marketing, proactive email lead generation, webinars, and case studies, with room to contribute to light product marketing.

The ideal candidate leans toward demand-gen over pure product marketing, owns end-to-end programs, and can ship results without a large team. Design chops are a bonus.

Qualifications

• B2B marketing experience with a demand-gen focus, ideally in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with running end-to-end email marketing programs.
• Experience owning webinars from start to finish and driving pipeline.
• Ability to write customer case studies and shepherd them through approvals.
• Some exposure to product marketing (positioning, launch collateral, sales enablement) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing programs that drive expansion within existing customers, and collaborate with Customer Success on cross-sell and upsell plays.
• Build and stand up proactive, always-on lead-gen email programs and nurture sequences.
• Own the entire webinar lifecycle: topic selection, content, promotion, hosting, and follow-up.
• Source, write, and publish customer case studies to support active deals.
• Contribute to light product marketing materials: roadmap slides, launch collateral, competitive input.
• Create clean, on-brand visuals when needed (slides, one-pagers, social graphics).
