Job summary

Replay is seeking a Growth Marketer to own top-of-funnel growth across Wind-down and Data Partnerships. You’ll test paid, SEO, content, and web channels, building scalable programs end-to-end from ideation to measurement.

You’ll create landing pages and campaigns with AI tools, move fast with incomplete data, and report results honestly. You’ll work from our Dumbo office five days a week with founders and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally early-stage where you owned channels end-to-end.
• Ability to experiment across paid, SEO/AEO/GEO, content, web and more.
• Data-literate with the ability to read results and adjust strategies.
• Self-sufficient building landing pages, workflows and automations with AI tools.
• Comfort making fast decisions with incomplete data and no fixed playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel growth end-to-end: pick channels, run experiments and scale what works.
• Generate qualified marketing leads (MQLs) for Wind-down and Data Partnerships motions.
• Build and ship landing pages, campaigns, and workflows using AI tools.
• Make fast calls with incomplete data; double down on what is working.
• Track and report results honestly; ensure measurement informs decisions.
