Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate growth opportunities in support of corporate development.
• Lead a team of managers and analysts.
• Research markets, technologies, and organizations for strategic fit and options.
• Diligence deal structures and financial value for M&A/BD deals.
• Develop and own financial models for acquisitions, licenses, equity investments, joint ventures, partnerships, etc.
• Coordinate across leaders to translate deal models into operational processes.
• Prepare board materials for deals.
• Track ROI of external investments.
