Job summary

Integra is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to support the full M&A lifecycle, from target identification to post-close tracking. You will work with senior leadership to drive growth through acquisitions and greenfield expansion.

The role requires 3–5 years in investment banking or related fields, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and willingness to travel 30%–50%. Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory, or related role.
• Direct experience supporting M&A transactions from target identification through diligence and closing.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills for valuation, returns, and pro forma analyses.
• Working knowledge of financial statements, EBITDA adjustments, and QOE concepts.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related discipline.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly for acquisition-related meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize acquisition pipeline, research targets, and track CRM/deal-tracker data.
• Support acquisition origination through market research, outreach, and conversations with owners/intermediaries.
• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, including valuation and pro forma analyses.
• Prepare investment memos, target overviews, underwriting materials, and diligence findings.
• Coordinate diligence workstreams and data rooms; manage third‑party advisor requests.
• Support LOI, purchase agreement, signing, and closing processes with internal/external partners.
• Track acquired-company performance against underwriting assumptions post-close.
• Conduct market, geographic, and end-market analyses to support expansion initiatives.
• Develop relationships with owners, advisors, and leadership across the organization.
