Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize acquisition pipeline and CRM/deal-tracker information.
• Support origination through market research and outreach tracking.
• Build and maintain financial models for potential acquisitions (valuation, returns, pro forma).
• Prepare investment memos, target overviews, and diligence materials for leadership and Board.
• Coordinate diligence workstreams across finance, operations, legal, and tax.
