Job summary

Golub Capital is seeking an Associate Director in its Corporate Development group to support growth initiatives through financial modeling and analyses for senior leadership. You will collaborate with banks, accountants, consultants and lawyers on high-impact transactions and new business lines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in investment banking or corporate development, with strong quantitative and analytical skills and a keen interest in M&A, capital planning and asset

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2+ years of investment banking or corporate development experience.
Strong quantitative, financial modeling and analytical skills.
Interest in corporate development and ability to work with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop financial models and deliver analyses for senior leadership.
Build and maintain financial models for growth initiatives.
Prepare presentations, analyses and recommendations for senior management.
Collaborate with internal partners and external advisors on growth initiatives.
Support planning and implementation of new lines of business and key transactions.
Become an expert on Golub Capital and market trends.
