Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of business experience in tapes, adhesives, or related materials industries.
• Commercial leadership experience with strong R&D connectivity to customers.
• Deep exposure to manufacturing and its functional areas.
