The position centers on operational immersion in the first 90 days, then ramping outbound ownership and team development in the following months, with a focus on data-driven results and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in B2B outbound lead generation.
• Proven ability to design and operationalize outbound processes from scratch.
• Strong CRM discipline and data hygiene standards with experience in dialer infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound demand generation end-to-end, including lists, dialer config, CRM pipeline, scripts, cadence, and reporting.
• Deliver an ROI-focused outbound rebuild plan with clear milestones and attribution.
• Collaborate with on-site marketing to support lead-gen campaigns and branding.
• Build and manage the outbound team as approved, and contribute to AI-driven lead-gen initiatives.
